Create a Joomla Template - CMS

Please find the final requirements for the below project. 1. Client wants a Content Management System designed in Joomla and [login to view URL] . 2. Application should be able to manage text and pics (eg. text stories and pics). 3. User wants a App like UI in the browser. 4. Application should be compatible with all browsers(Chrome, IE,Mozila etc.). 5. This application is basically targeted towards start-up magazine or News houses. 6. Should be easy to use. 7. Only subscriber should be able to view the complete content, the normal un-subscribed users should see like a demo of the content. 8. The lighter the application the better. 9. Should have scope to expand and include the videos feature. 10. Confirm full feature functionality of the membership pro joomla plug-in. 11. Save for offline feature. 12. Use of [login to view URL] to control final output, along with a page inside Joomla itself to manage the [login to view URL] so we can customize output. 13.
