Create a Podium for Directory's Listings for WordPress users

I am looking for a developer who can create a "Podium" of 3 members from within the WordPress community; create a widget for directory's listing. So basically, a graphic widget; like 3 raised platforms and the members who won/wins for that directory listing. 2 on the right, 3 on the left, 1st place in the middle. Design is totally up to you, better you are the more I projects I will get you on afterwords. the middle will have a crown graphic over their profile pic/hyperlink. (users from within the Wordpress community ofcourse) try googling "winner's podium" on google's images if you are confused. How this will work is simple. I have a custom post-type [by using a cpt plugin] called scores that I have created. When the user fills out a score and clicks submit, that entered score should match with other users from within the community for that specific directory listing based on the user mentioning that directory listing. User should pick a directory listing relationship within my own database. So as the end result the script will match final scores submitted from this form [score] against those who mentioned that particular directory listing aswell/too and ranking who is 1st 2nd and third and displayed on the podium; the widget which I will need you to create and apply scripting. Your job is to match scores against competitors within the WordPress community for any particular directory listing and rank 1st 2nd and third on a graphical widget on each and every directory listing. This is calculated by the most recent high scores added to the database by user, mentioning the particular directory listing. Then if user wins 1st 2nd or 3rd on the podium they will be awarded as so and that will also be posted as an activity update for buddypress which the user can click and check it out. If you even want to go further, I need the winners to actually win trophy badges and a certain set of points using the installed mycreds plugin. Credit them because they are winners. If I get you to do the work, my budget will be what you have provided as a bid. This is how I work. I am fair but I am on a limited budget until this starts making money for me, then you will be well paid.
