Create Responsive Wordpress Template From Existing, Live 6-page HTML/PHP Site & Migrate All Existing Content

Hi,
This project is to make a custom, responsive Wordpress template from an existing, live, simple HTML/CSS/PHP website with currently 6 pages. No photo gallery, one front page slider, and then pages of text. Your project would include:
- Create the responsive, custom Wordpress theme based on the current website's look.
- Upload it to the Wordpress system (database/ a blank WP install already exsists, I'll provide you with FTP and WP log-in details)
- There will be small changes to the main menu navigation as it will need to be 2-level, that is, it has to have drop-downs (that also work properly on mobile). Currently it's only a single-level menu.
- The new WP site will need a sidebar widget for the Facebook Page feed and a new Twitter feed/widget. The design already has a sidebar space.
- You'll need to move all current content to the new Wordpress site
- Deliver the project basically so that we can just have the current design on a Wordpress platform.
