Create Smaller Copy of the Website

I don't want to describe much, i just want to have smaller copy of website [login to view URL] I don't need any kind of graphic, etc. I need just scripts and make them works well. What i mean by smaller? Just need example of one thing in each cathegory, function of website, from there i can build more by my own. What i want to include for sure?: * news/article system * card view section (with possibility of checking stats of card, etc.) * deck builder * deck section with search bar to looking for decks what would be nice? * forum * possibility log in with steam and linking account with steam
