Create a Web UI for a OTT/EPG/PVR service

We want a responsive state-of-the-art Web UI for an EPG with additional TV (OTT)-streams and a PVR (only selected territories). The service is somewhat customizeable, e.g. dashboard and channel lists. Main views: Dashboard Timeline (horizontal EPG - one row per channel) Channel columns (vertical EPG - one column per channel) Detail view Account settings PVR recorded items list The UI is supposed to be localizable and re-brandable for 3rd parties. Records of broadcast items (tv shows) will be available as in the attached json-file and XMLTV. Both needs to be supported (one at a time). The UI has to be responsive. The UI will need to resemble a native app on the mobile devices. It is important to support SEO and rich snippets, esp. [login to view URL] tv broadcast data (UI will need to pass Google's rich snippet test tool). All backend features like channel lists, EGP, PVR or user settings are available via a REST API. There is a documentation and a developer to support. Please, we only want to address developers with experience from very similar projects and bring some code to start with. Please respond by pointing out your experience and mention reference projects - and please state the software stack you have in mind.
