I have a small project (5 pages) that needs converted from psd to pixel perfect, cross browser and mobile friendly html (not Bootstrap) WordPress theme. There is a contact form that will exist in 2 locations. 1)the homepage slider 2)its own page Please note there will some follow up tasks involved with the further development of this site. Developer must be available for this 2nd phase. No hit and runs. If you can not be available for 2nd phase please do not bid on this project. I'm looking for skilled WordPress developers that are dependable, write clean code, have good communication and respond in a timely manner.
