Create a Wordpress Template

I'm looking for a freelancer to build a Wordpress e-commerce website for my new company. I am a graphic designer and don't have any experience in Wordpress (or websites in general), so I'm really after a professional freelancer who can take over this project for me. I will supply a pre-existing wordpress template (which I will purchase) but I need someone to bring it to life for me. I need someone to install it, customise it, and also setup an e-commerce site with approx 50 products (I sell Wedding Stationery). I do NOT want to actually SELL my products online, but I just need a QUOTING system setup so customers can automatically calculate how much their Wedding Stationery Suite will cost them. For example, I would like the quoting to work like this: Wedding Invitations $5.00 x <Customer inserts qty required> = <$system calculates sub total Envelopes $1.00 x <Customer inserts qty required> = <$system calculates sub total RSVP Cards $2.00 x <Customer inserts qty required> = <$system calculates sub total Thank You Cards $5.00 x <Customer inserts qty required> = <$system calculates sub total TOTAL ESTIMATED ORDER = <$totals up the above sub totals I would also like the option for the customer to be able to email a copy of this quote to their own email address (and also BCC me in). As it's based around Wedding Stationery, the feel of the website will be very feminine. I will supply all logos, product images, hero images and content.
