Create a Wordpress Template

I am creating a website for psychics. I need to create a very simple web site. It would allow us to display a list of what psychics are connected and accepting phone calls, scheduling a call back or away. Psychics would need a secure way to control their own [login to view URL] and to click a button or drop down box- anything- that displays their status on the main site to callers. Callers could click the status when: 1- Online - to pay a fee via Paypal that, once receipt is verified, will create a phone call bridge of two phone numbers. One will be the number of the psychic they selected (first) - who could then push a button on their phone to call the second number, that of the caller. At two minutes before a set paid time period, the phone would give the caller a chance to pay more money to Paypal before disconnection occurs. If payment is verified, a predefined time period is added to the call. If not, the call would be disconnected. 2- After the call, a different web file not accessible to anyone but me will store the following info: Psychic Name Latest Call Earnings Psychic Earnings (50%) Total Earnings Then there should be a "reset button" that will change "Latest Call Earnings Psychic Earnings" back to $0 once I pay [login to view URL]'s important that this file is accurate and keeps track of Paypal. 3- We need an index page created on white background, with a table that will re-size to fit a frame ( it will be a part of an iframe) - each cell should sort the "online" people to the top... otherwise list each psychic alphabetically. Each listing should have a picture of the psychics, their name and their area of expertise. Under it should display a graphic that says "Online" "Arrange A Call" or "Away" depending on what the psychic chooses from their "Profile" I should be able to easily add new psychics and delete old ones. So- it's a psychic site whee I cad keep track of who makes what when funds are added to paypal.
