Create a Wordpress Template

My industry involves face to face sales, which necessitates gaining access to customers by booking meetings. This is a challenging part of the job, and although the customers often want to see salespeople it can be complicated and people like to cancel last minute. I want to build a website for salespeople which allows the users to invite each other to meetings that they already have scheduled, so people can 'share' meetings in order to see more customers. This should include being able to 'donate' meetings from one salesperson to another if they can not attend their own meetings. The user's profile should keep a tally of how many meetings have been donated/shared and accepted by each salesperson so that people know who is sharing and who is not. Each user would need a profile to ensure no competitors are invited. There should also be a function which allows customers to invite salespeople in or offer a meeting at a certain time and date for anyone on the website to attend. I would like it to be based around a personal calendar, into which a user can enter their meetings for donation or sharing. Please let me know if you'd like to talk about this in more detail.
