Create a Wordpress Template

Hi there guys I need to turn my Wordpress website into a wedding venue directory, I have a basic temp theme that i would like to use , but essentially I'm looking for someone who can build or expand on an exisiting Directory listing system where wordpress registered users can upload their venue to my site, and display it on the directory once approved by Admin The front en should be a normal wordpress site with a custom page which will be able to display the data entered by the user, once approved. I will add this directory to any one of my pages using a shortcode ie [weddingdirectory] There should also be categories for the users to choose from when they list and their should be categories for the users to click on if they search for it. Once they clicked on a category, it should display a list view of all the listings in that category in random order. You should also be able to filter by date and name The listing should have a contact form which will go directly to the user who placed the listing but also cc site admin Its basically a wordpress custom page which displays all the info of a listing one the user has entered their listing - a photo gallery per listing would also be required. This is a ongoing project. I will add more features as we go.
