I want someone to create a WordPress template for a coupons site. The site should have features like: ability to favorite coupon or store, voting buttons, link cloaking, etc. I will share the detailed document to selected freelancers who are interested in this task. I am open to having a theme designed on a WordPress framework like Genesis. It requires some good WordPress development skills along with knowledge of Javascript, Jquery and CSS for design.
