Create a basic landing page (the same as google homepage) with only search bar. Also, create a category page (same as a social network news feed but posts shown on this category page will be filtered according to what category the user selected during registration process or first login process). There is no need to create fancy design on the landing and category pages, just the functionality within these two pages will need to be programmed.
