I need to implement a simple Photo Contest / Gallery with the following functionality: 1. Authenticated users need to fill in a form and upload an image - we will have form validation - captcha to avoid SPAM - we will restrict the submission of the form and image to one image per email address or phone no. 2. After Upload the image should appear in a gallery of images with pagination included in the page. 3. The information needs to be stored in a file or in a database. The database will be used to generate the grid. All the images will be moderated but we can do that directly on the database by setting a flag or something. The best will be to have also an ADMIN account that can moderate and delet pictures. We do have a design for this. See attached. The developer will have to: - generate the design (responsive) from the PSD provided. - implement the design and the functionality in PHP We need this project fast (3-4 days max) Budget: 200USD We will decide today who will win the project or if we will implement it ourself. Make sure you understand the project before apply.
