Create a interactive website animation for already built website

I am looking for someone to create some animations for the navigation on my site. The site already works and all the actions work to already. I need animations built on top of the functions that already exist. My website has been coded in HTML and PHP. 1. The first animation has 7 lines in a vertical formation, which i need a collapse animation making. The collapse button is clicked on page and the lines collapse down from the top down 1st line hitting the 2nd line which hits the 3rd line until they disappear at the bottom. The collapse should speed up the more it goes down. 2. Also need a animation which makes text disappear and appear which needs applying to one page on the website and also a nicely designed collapse button. 3. The last animation i need is when one of the lines is clicked from the 7 lines, the clicked line turns into a purple liquid and moves to the right (follows honeycome path) fills up the box on right then some article text appears in the middle. Water is a good example of the properties of the liquid and how it should move and look. Because the website is made in PHP i think it will require someone to coder in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript to make the animations. But i am open to suggestion and i will leave the technology to the coder to decide as you are the experts. Please remember this interactive animation needs to be working on all browsers that we test on multiple machines. I have screenshots i can send that explain each animation better which i can send once we start talking about the project.
