Create a secure read-only user screen for customers to access mysql database products

I have an online mysql database that I keep a list of all the products for my business. I use a cakephp user portal to access the data. I want to be able to offer the customers that visit my shop the ability to use a pc or tablet or ipad etc to be able to search and view the products in my database. A user screen must be very attractive and very easy to use even users without computer knowledge. So very colorful, graphical, big friendly buttons etc. The entry screen needs to be always open, it is the only purpose for the PC or ipad. So the user must not be able to exit the screen without a admin password entered. Data retrieved must be read only and must not be something the user can edit. Search for products must be by using filter options, including free text search and category [login to view URL] information must be neat and the images must enlarge if touched or clicked on etc. Data returned should be product image, title, RRP abd SKU. You must be willing to make any tweaks or changes that I need made before project is paid. The project budget is $350 firm and will not change. Do not bid other amounts. You should show knowledge of similar work with mysql, web form design and cakephp. You must have proven English skills. I have my own virtual server, all files for this project must be stored on my server not anywhere else. I do not user Skype or messaging, I can only communicated using Freelancer or email.
