Create a small PHP script

I am looking for a guy who can program the following script:
In an admin area, I can add new domains (and remove them in case it is required).
By running a PHP file, each of these domains is visited and it is checked whether the domain contains text string A or text string B (both shall be set in admin)
In case text string A or B is found, everything is fine.
All the domains on which both text strings are not found, are saved.
Finally, an email is sent to two email addresses (defined in the domains) with the following content:
Subject: [DRINGEND] Nicht-funktionierende Blog-Domains
Text:
Eine Überprüfung hat ergeben, dass die folgenden Wordpress-Installationen nicht verfügbar sind - bitte umgehend kümmern, um Positionenverlust zu vermeiden:
[List of the domains that dont contain that text string A and B, one domain per line]
