Hi I have made online bidding system using custom PHP and i want following changes in it to make it workable and then upload on a domain for work. 1. Create categories page and Search option 2. Change Theme of website (theme attached can be applied too) 3. Payment section is already made just want to have escrow option and different payment acceptance and transfer to PayPal or bank account 4. Deduct commission on deal completion 5. Help-mail creator 6. A little change accordingly on Admin side to release and refund money etc. 7. SMS script (attached) for sending notification/alert for Admin for all activities performed on Website. NOTE: Need this work to be done with in 1-2 week also full project with code will be provided on acceptance. I want it to be workable. Budget is final so bid more than budget will not be entertained.
