DATA BASE software

I need a full professional data base software that related to my sales dep. I need a system for a small Media training Academy called DAHAB Academy. The data base software must be connected online so 7-10 call centre agent can get into it at the same time and be updated minute by minute if I'm as an admin added new info to the data base. I need The customer full profile appears on the screen with the info in four boxes "Personal info" (Name -Big font-, Number-Big font-, Profile picture, age and Email ) Academic info(Course name, Trainer, student feedback) Payment info(paid, remaining, percentage, date, full cost) and the last box is Additional notes-which will be separated to horizontal automated boxes contain the notes and the (login ID and the date) of the person who wrote it in the left corner as a footer . I need only five admin logins that can do some tasks( add new user to the system and creates their credentials, change or add or modify the customer info and upload his profile picture, see the payment box). the regular user can only change in "Payment Info" -exp and "Additional notes" ONLY and the admin can change in All four boxes. The system MUST support Arabic and English languages. The system could contain 5-7 colors as a maximum different with the Academy LOGO which is attached. The system should allow the five admins to add the contact with missing info and could add the contact with a single piece of info like only the number or the name. I need the system to be VERY sensitive to the numbers and the system must prevent and additional profile with the an existing number. I need the system to allow me to have a search bar and use every single piece of info in the boxes Personal information, Academic info, and in the payment info, I need the result to be the searched info and all less , so if I searched by 1000 the result should be from 0-1000 and in percentage if I searched by 50% the result should be 0-50%. I need a system analyzing for the payment info for all data stored to see the full payment and the analyze draw and the percentages.
