Desing and create a breadboard simulation website Based on Spice1

The I required web application that base on Spice (google spice for electrical engineering circuits), This will work as [login to view URL] so the user will design his circuits on the html file and automatically with each components will be insert, there will be netlist which will deal with spice package ( circuits simulator). Spice will be install on a server and user will access via Blackboard (LMS) and same functions in [login to view URL] will be needed+chat box between users. also I need a report in details for everything
