Detect which CMS & theme/plugins a site is running

I am looking for someone to create a script/tool that combines the functionality of 2 sites: [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] I would like the CMS and (in the case of Wordpress, Magento, Drupal, etc) the theme/template the site is running and any plugins being used to be detected and displayed. The output should look similar to the results from [login to view URL] - Please try the site so you can see the results of a search. WhatCMS has an excellent page here that details how they detect each CMS, which I believe will save substantial time on this project: [login to view URL] Wordpress themes and plugin detection methods and ideas are discussed here: [login to view URL] I believe it's also possible for Magento and maybe more. I'm unsure what language/platform would be best to use, if it would be jQuery or something else BUT: I need the tool to run on a Wordpress site! Not as a plugin if this isn't possible, but I need it to be part of a WP site with blog posts as the above example site is ([login to view URL]). Please note: I DO NOT want to scrape the results from the 2 sites above. I want to copy and combine their functionality only. I don't want to be hitting their servers scraping from them, I want everything done on my server. As I understand it, these sites use cURL or something similar and pattern-matching as well as a few other methods detailed on the above pages. Budget is negotiable pending discussions. Please do not apply if you are only a web designer or if you are not going to read this full project description. I don't need quick and simple replies that just say "I can do this." I would like someone who can read through my project details and let me know they can do the job well. Previous experience will be favorable. Thanks for your time.
