Develop Email Drip System for Website

Project requirements call for the development of a Mailchimp email drip system and integration into an existing website. Basic requirements are listed, below. Looking for a freelancer who has sufficient business analysis skills to ask more comprehensive questions and further define the requirements. Thereafter, would request that freelancer propose an estimated schedule and budget. Happy to hire by hourly rate OR fixed price. 1. Build an entry/landing page to an existing Wordpress website for internal company user to input/submit email address. Email address must include the company's domain. Would prefer session tracking such that when user later inputs/submits additional information on another web form, system associates it to the originally entered email address. 2. Configure Mailchimp drip campaign for current users (list is already in the 100s) and future entrants (soon to be arriving through the entry/landing page described, above). If a user is already in the system, the system must recognize this and not restart the drip. As such, multiple lists (within the master list) must be configured. 3. Using supplied content (copy and graphics), design Mailchimp email template. 4. Upon follow-up emails of the drip campaign, the system must recognize when a user has engaged (clicked a link in the email and/or submitted information via a form), and move that user to another "bucket" (list?) to be handled differently and yet remain as part of the master list.
