Develop a News Template on Drupal

Looking for web developer urgently for developing a news site with some special features with Drupal CMS. Some of the major tasks along with basic set up of a news site bellow: - Develop a system that facilitate writers’ to show their contribution for writing, social sharing and popularize them and finally a calculator that enabled writers' honorarium upon all contributions on their profile page/dashboard. However, admin has the control to manipulate payment amount. User can be able to send mail notification after earning certain amount to redeem. Hope you can understand the objectives and options. Someone who can add value regarding the concept will get privileged. - Photo gallery page and video page - An ebook page where user can read an ebook. Total number of view will count and show. - Develop writers' rating system. Registered users are able to rate/review a post publisher with very user friendly manner - Login manually and through facebook and google plus. - Writers' trust batch and verification system through facebook, National ID or passport, driving license etc. - Email subscription form for ebook circulation and occasional mail. - E-mail notification system. Popup announcement - Automatically select a popular writer of the day and announce sidebar (show his/her profile photo with link) - Finally the website will be fully responsive, SEO optimized with clean code and user friendly interface. Other issues - The project must be completed within a month - Complete design will be given in jpg and psd format - The site will be very simple but required mentioned features must be done professionally - It will be in Bangla language. So someone who has idea on Bengali interface will get priority. We will develop 3/4 more project simultaneously including an Android Apps, event and review site under this project.
