Develop a software to help me in a earth mover company

I need a software developed to help me in a company I work for, the reports must be in Spanish. The earth mover company has many machines to manage I want a program that helps me control all the equipment in the same work place, which is my responsibility the program must generate one report in different excel sheets to be send to the office I need to report about: Monthly expenses and earnings in a valorization per machine with detailed information, and a general valorization about all vehicles, I need to feed the program with the machine information: Work field place, location, client, total contract budget, budget spend in rented machines and own machines, arrival and exit machine date, machine data and serial, model , brand, maintenance parts, functioning or broken vehicle, designated day driver, damaged parts and state of reparation, how many rounds for trucks inside the work, and if they pick any material to the work field from outside, water truck rounds, if the machine is rented or owned. About hours and Km: every machine and trucks has an hourmeter and only trucks has also a km meter (trucks), this is the way machines are managed. The program must be feed: arrival hourmeter, last maintenance hourmeters, hours or km until next maintenance, everyday beginning and ending hourmeter, everyday beginning and ending kilometers (if applies), the minimum hours per month in the contract, price per hour, price per day or price per month. Rented machines must reach a percent of hours working without failure otherwise; they only get paid worked hours not minimum hours according to contract. If a contract says a machine has 180 hours every day a machine wins 180/30=6 hours, but loses the minimum hours if it breaks, if a machine goes beyond minimum hours, gets paid worked hours. in any day if a machine is ready but not in use, must get paid only stand by hours. a warning if the vehicle is reaching maintenance hours/km About the fuel: we have vehicles that consume fuel directly from the gas station and other ones that pick up fuel from the gas station and supply fuel to the other vehicles to the work place. Every day they give me a list with the horometer of the machine they supplied and the number of gallons, so the quantity spend every day must be consistent with the quantity picked from the gas station. The program must include in the valorization report the total consumption per machine and the consumption rate of hours/gallons, and if something is not right the program must send a warning informing any anomalies, this because of fuel steeling I suspect. If the software is installed in other computer, a fed file and a different password generated every time by me must be send to be able to see all information.
