We need a fund modelling software for our private equity fund which we will use to track the performance of our the companies as well as manage our customers and suppliers.
There will be no payments done through the systems.
We currently have MS-Access and Excel databases which we need to be automated. the automation will include automation of checklists, process flow, dashboard with drill down functionality and financial model which is currently used to forecast the financial statements. Currently all of these are available on spreadsheets and access databases.
We run internal and external projects and we need to configure the projects and link them to either internal resources, external customers/suppliers or both and be able to trace and keep track of the project with status changes and automated emailing and discussion forums. The project management must be done through ProjectFork or any project management tool which you can propose with an added capability to automate workflow and archive projects.
As part of our CRM customers and suppliers must be configured with the ability to rate the customer and the supplier (contractor management) and be able to report within the CRM model. Google maps must be integrated into the address bar of the customer/supplier in order to calculate their distance from our office
System generated reports such as project status, supplier/customer transaction reports and the same reports can be automated to be emailed to stakeholders
The system must be able to integrate with financial API's such as the Bloomberg API
