Development of Testing & Assessment platform

Hi We're looking to develop a simple Web based Testing and Assessment platform for our business. We are into Education for College graduates. We use regular assessments which is paper based and also online. We have Aptitude tests that we offer to our students. This project is to develop a Testing & Assessment tool or platform for us. Here are requirements - 1) Question bank authoring - we should be able to load questions from Excel files 2) Multiple Question types 3) Detailed personalised reports 4) Registration of candidates 5) Email features 6) Social media integration 7) Scored and non-scored question types - Personality questions This can also be developed through Opensource platform like TAO or MOODLE or any other. We have detailed requirement set. Some popular Assessment companies are METTL, AMCAT, NAC TECH by NASSCOM.
