I have a big problem with my server.
I have WHMCS installed on my domains on my server.
This is what I use for getting emails and responding to emails from my clients.
Of recent, I noticed that most of my clients were complaining that the messages we sent never got to them.
That is problem number 1. We send out messages, but it never gets delivered to our client even though the system says the message has been sent.
Problem number 2, when I send a message to my support email, from another email account, I usually receive an auto message acknowledging the message sent. But in my WHMCS, no ticket will be created to reflect the fact that a message was sent
So, some of my messages to clients do not get delivered to the clients and some of the messages that are sent to us do not get delivered to our email. Hence, they do not reflect in our ticket area.
