I want to create a import management software. I am attaching an excel based model which I have created myself as a good reference for what exactly is required. 1) MIS Page which can show me real time parameters. a) Total security pending as well as break up across shipping lines b) Total Additional Duty (SAD) Refund pending. Number of shipments for which SAD is pending. How many shipments SAD refund is overdue. How many shipments SAD Refund needs to be taken up urgently. c) Total material booked along with material wise break up. Material arrived at port, material arrived at icd d) Total advance paid to suppliers, balance amount pending. e) Average dollar rate for payments to suppliers f) Total detention paid in a financial year. 2) Container tracking. It should allow filtering by supplier names & other headers 3) Shipment costing calculations 4) Shipment booking details. At what market prices - shipment was booked & at what market prices shipment was received. How much impact did the change in prices have on bottom line 5) Shipment composition & analysis report 6) Custom Duty Calculator 7) Additional Duty & Security Refund details along with due date reminders a) Due date normal: If due date is greater than 2 months away b) Due date Urgent: If due date is less than 2 months but more than 1 month c) Due date Emergency: If due date is less than 1 month
