Opencart Customisation modual extenshion

Need to build plugins for open cart discription is below 1. Designer get commission when their designs product will sold 2. Every product have one designer 3. Designer have dashboard where they seen only commission and total order 4. Admin create designer user account manually 5. Admin sell product only designer get royalties for his product 6. Designer’s Name and photo or only name display on product page 7. Also designer have page where all product seen like Brand page or you can convert brand page as designer a. Admin create product > Process order > send product b. Designer only get royalties like 5 to 10% of product prices which is sell c. Designer commission only credit when order status will be completed 8. Payment option is Bank & Paypal 9. Payment option is for display only it made by manually Developer also needs to provide bulk uploading sheet for product with specific designer so it is easy to us to upload product with designer name Payment made by offline designer send design offline only designers contact form is on Infomation page designer not done any work like shioment, upload design or manage product or manage order all work will done by admin only Budget Maximum 4K to 5K only not more then that
