Woocommerce Plugin Customization and Existing Bug Fixes

We're looking for an experience Woocommerce extension developer to customize our plugin which displays latest orders to site visitors in popup/sidebar widget as a social proof. For the sake of uniformity, we've divided this project into two parts: 1) Re-factor plugin to follow official Woocommerce standards and best practices and fix some bugs. 2) Add new custom features PART 1 1) Re-write plugin to follow official Woocommerce standards and best practices. 2) Isolate/Separate settings of widget and popup (currently they share common settings). Documentation will be given which explains this in detail. 2) Bug Fix: Order Total does not show up on the popup 3) Bug Fix: Popup responsiveness slightly broken for mobile phones 4) Bug Fix: If an order has multiple items, the title in popup must show First product name + x items. Currently it only shows First product name. 5) Bug Fix: Orders added to system in real-time should display time as "just-now" when less than 60 seconds. PART 2 1) Add a plugin setting for popups to show orders randomly instead of usual sequential fashion. 2) Add a plugin setting for popups to delay first notification for x seconds after the site is opened for first time. 3) Add a plugin setting for popups to show "Someone" (editable text) as a replacement to "Customer Name" 4) Make plugin translatable with help of po/mo files. You will also be responsible for testing your code before delivering to us. The bid should consider both parts 1 and 2.
