A PROFESSIONAL developer/programmer to fix number of small issues in website. Freelancer would be required to thoroughly go through the website (Desktop & Smartphone) and 2. make small & minor changes and functionality as indicated in the attached::: Payment Terms: A. 1st Milestone $10 to start B. 2nd Milestone - After Completion 100% of work on your server. 50% milestone will be funded and paid once all items are completed and reviewed front-end & back-end. C. 3rd Milestone - Payment after you migrate into my server and all is reviewed front-end & back-end, I pay remainder 50%. Expert website programmer who is knowledgeable with a WordPress. Do not subcontract this work to another programmer/developer! This job is only for someone who I will work with directly as a programmer/developer. 1. Freelancer would be required to thoroughly go through the website (Desktop & Smartphone) and 2. make small & minor changes and functionality as indicated in the attached::: Website Pages and Images are to load fast, and (important) at the same time without delays: there should be no weird loading of pages with some images loading 1st and others later. Remove all bugs. You will be provided a back-up of the website PAYMENT TERMS A. 1st Milestone $10 to start B. 2nd Milestone - After Completion 100% of work on your server. 50% milestone will be funded and paid once all items are completed and reviewed front-end & back-end. C. 3rd Milestone - Payment after you migrate into my server and all is reviewed front-end & back-end, I pay remainder 50%. After that, if project is not 100% completed, the hired Freelancer will be penalized $5 per day for each day of delay. You agree to these terms when you accept to work on the project.
