Our company currently uses [url removed, login to view] for our voice calls, we are an outbound call centre and want statistics shown on screens in the building. Voipfone currently provide basic stats which can be filtered to find the information we want but not exactly how we'd like it.
We currently have 10 people calling out, we'd like an option to enable or disable stats for each person upto a max of 30 people
What we want to see on the screens is current days stats displayed in graph chart with different colours for different agents with following information:
Total voicemails (Calls that lasted less than 2 seconds)
Total time spent on phone in mins
