Write some Software

We require someone to write a PHP Job which in effect acts as a parsing script for email addresses. We have a large volume of data (3 Million Business email addresses) inside a My SQL database and we need to update/add additional Data. For instance as these are Business email addresses they are on private domains e.g. [url removed, login to view] the first stage of the script could attempt to visit the Website and look for a contact page and scrape the Postal address/s. The post code/s would suffice. It might be that we can scrape additional data too. Such as telephone , Fax. We also might have email addresses which are a .com or .net and we must be able to make sure they are UK based businesses if we can't conclude we can not parse them. We need to make sure that nothing using a public domain such as yahoo or hotmail pass the parsing. We would also like to include in the script a way of querying a seperate table of firstnames and seeing if we can build some Artificial intelligence in concluding what is a first name and surname. E.G [url removed, login to view]@ would conclude that Wilkes is the Surname and d is the initial based on the logic that wilkes is not in the names table and it has a DOT in the prefix. We could conclude that a DOT in the prefix to an email address has either the firstname and an initial for the surname OR an Initial for the firstname and a full Surname OR Both full firstname and full surname. The logic would look at successfully finding a firstname match and having a DOT and then having >1 character after DOT but before the @

We may come up with some additional logic that we want including but are looking for a cost to write the code for this.
