Adaptation of billing program to electronic invoicing in Colombia

We need to adapt the suite of the 5 Doscar programs made in VB6 with the Colombian electronic invoice It uses the standard XML generation electronic format established by the DIAN. It carries the consecutive numbering authorized by the DIAN. It meets the requirements of the 617 ET and discriminates the consumption tax when it is the case. It includes the digital or electronic signature to guarantee authenticity and integrity and not repudiation of the electronic invoice, in accordance with the signature policy adopted by the DIAN.
