Add Hubl unsubscribe links to custom Hubspot email

You must have HTML knowledge and ideally Hubspot knowledge. This is a simple update. I have a custom coded HTML template for a newsletter updated to Hubspot. They require HUBL tags such as unsubscribe. I need someone to format the HTML add the HUBL tags to the footer fo the template in a design consistent with the newsletter.
