The Project
I need an Admission form (For Student Admission into Nursery and Primary School.) that is tweakable to do the following;
1. I want it to be able to accept entries for different classes. E.g Primary 1 to 6.
I want to be able to set maximum number of entries for each of these classes and it should stop accepting entries as soon as the maximum number is reached. E.g if I set Pry 1 to accept 20 registrations, it should not accept more.
3. I need it to be able to accommodate entries from parents who want to register 2 or more children, and count the children in their different classes. I.e. if i set maximum for pry 1 =20 and pry 2 =10. If a parent needs to register his/her children in pry 1 and pry 2, the form should only accept entry if slots are available for both classes. If only one out of the classes is available, parents should get a notification like “sorry only one the selected classes is available”. It should also give parents the opportunity to ignore or proceed.
The system should hold down the slots for the classes parents have selected for their children.
E.g If I set Pry 1, pry 2 and pry 3 to accept 2, 1, 4 respectively, and I have several parents who want to register their children for those classes. As soon as a parent indicates first that he wants to register pry 1 and 2. The slots in those classes should change to 1 and 0 respectively.
4. Then I want to integrate it with e-payment (Paystack), Such that the people who have registered can pay as soon as they have completed the registration.
