Android Widget - Pull picture and display it

i need very simple widget app for ANDROID phone. it is a copy of my previous project which can be found at: [login to view URL] *** CHECK THIS to see how it should look like *** the only thing it should do is pull an image from fixed URL, for example: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] will be coded by me, it will just output JPEG or PNG image widget job is to pull image from [login to view URL] and display it on home screen. image must be 1x1 size (default icon size) so you should just resize it to icon size. thats all. when icon is clicked it should open a website in browser (always same URL which can be hard coded). coder must make sure that phones wont cache image as [login to view URL] will serve different image every few minutes. interval when to pull image can be hardcoded to 15 min. i am attaching screenshot to show you how it should look like. not that left screenshot shows person1 on picture while right screenshot shows different person. once project is done, coder should put name ill select in it so i can upload to google play. also i will provide icon and screenshots for google play. those must be put in place and i must be able to test project on google play before project is considered closed. thank you. i can pay up to $35 for this. if you can do this project, i have more projects for the selected coder. those who will bid above $35 i wont even read it. i said i can pay up to $35 so dont bid $50 or more. please read my project before you bid, i cant reply to auto bids that come in after 5 seconds. some more info: 1) when placed on screen widget must display default image (i will provide it) 2) when its placed on screen it should immediately pull an image from the provided URL 3) re-checks every 15 min 4) what happens if it checks but phone is offine - in that case last available image must stay on screen thats all. simple thing.
