Auto Parts Filter/Selector Picklist for Volusion Site

Seeking a freelancer to create an auto parts filter/selector on the homepage of an auto parts website that allows users to find parts by selecting the make, model, year, engine type and part type of the vehicle they are looking for.

I would like an efficiently written code that is light and will not be a resource hogger despite having to filter a big csv file. I need code that can be used on a Volusion web site.

I would like the parts filter to populate dynamically from the records available in our CSV file and populate on the fly based on the user selections that match the csv data. No hardcoding. The select-able data will be changing a few times per year with potentially new Makes, Models, years, etc. Essentially, there should be room to expand if needed and there should never be an empty result after the user even when new data updates occur.

I have the records that we need filtered in a CSV file.

I would like to see the finished product working on a trial Volusion website once it is completed.

PLEASE NOTE:

The user will select his/her car details up to a certain point and then the filter will provide output of available parts based on that selection and the info in the records.

We will eventually be using this code to connect to a 3rd party database to pull pricing and additional product data so the winning bidder may get additional work in the future.
