We want to integrate Avaya IP Office Contact Center and Bitrix24. When a call comes on the Avaya phone, it opens the Bitrix24 CRM Contact profile. If the caller is not in the Bitrix24 CRM, a new lead page prompts.
We don't necessary want to make calls via Bitrix24, we just want a webhook that opens up a contact's CRM Profile, when the contact calls on Avaya or opens a new lead page, if the caller is not listed in the CRM.
