I need some changes to an existing Core PHP that has it source codes on Github. I need you to redesign and rebuild it functionality to work in the 6 step explained below. * change [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] This is where users will be able to create the type of dream they want to Save Money on and after a few hours user will have a matured dream they Withdraw Money from. On the CREATE A DREAM page there will be 4 packages that user will need to select from before user can create a dream. The packages will be * BRONZE ( will mature after 12 hours ) - 100 ZAR ( user will be able to withdraw 125 ZAR ) The interest percentage user earns on this package is 25% for creating a dream of 100 ZAR ( Upgrade/Downgrade of package - user can change plan after it has matured or user can opt to remain on same plan and not change it - when ever a user Upgrades or Downgrades user needs to have a positive fund balance on account ) User on the Bronze plan, needs to refer 2 new members into the site in order to Upgrade to the Silver plan. * SILVER ( will mature after 9 hours ) - 200 ZAR ( user will be able to withdraw 300 ZAR ) The interest percentage user earns on this package is 50% for creating a dream of 200 ZAR ( Upgrade/Downgrade of package - user can change plan after it has matured or user can opt to remain on same plan and not change it - when ever a user Upgrades or Downgrades user needs to have a positive fund balance on account ) User on the Silver plan, needs to refer 4 new members into the site in order to Upgrade to the Gold plan. * GOLD ( will mature after 6 hours ) - 300 ZAR ( user will be able to withdraw 525 ZAR ) The interest percentage user earns on this package is 75% for creating a dream of 300 ZAR ( Upgrade/Downgrade of package - user can change plan after it has matured or user can opt to remain on same plan and not change it - when ever a user Upgrades or Downgrades user needs to have a positive fund balance on account ) User on the Gold plan, needs to refer 4 new members into the site in order to Upgrade to the Silver plan. * PLATINUM ( will mature after 3 hours ) - 400 ZAR ( user will be able to withdraw 800 ZAR ) The interest percentage user earns on this package is 100% for creating a dream of 400 ZAR ( Upgrade/Downgrade of package - user can change plan after it has matured or user can opt to remain on same plan and not change it - when ever a user Upgrades or Downgrades user needs to have a positive fund balance on account ) User on the Platinum plan, needs to refer 8 new members into the site in order to Upgrade/Renew the Platinum plan. you can download the source codes from this link [login to view URL] and set it up on your dev server and create a dummy user.
