Bigcommerce Site Code Implementation Help Needed

I have a code that was created for pop up announcements that pops up on the bottom left corner of the site. I need it to show on all pages.
I am getting a couple errors saying the script is invalid. However the view within dreamweaver looks fine.
When saving the document and trying to look at the code standalone I am seeing only the word Resources.
I need help asap
