I have been working on a mobile platform around content creation. We would like a webpage built which allows you to set a selection from the 'current tabs open' in the browser - see the selection in a 3 part crop window, which will be the thumbnail of this new type of posting. The posting can be augmented with a comment and associated with metadata presented on the page, which is pulled from our existing database. This webpage will also allow the listing of various channels of posts which can be search into by a search input line.
