As you can see from my freeback on here, I have worked on web scraping as well as Excell file generation in the past so understand all aspects of what would be required. There are a few different ways I could set this up, being able to take a look at your app as it currently is would help me better advise on which way is the best. If the functionality for the current system is hosted within your application, I could edit the code to add in time setting functionality to start and stop your scraper automatically within the time ranges.
