Build back end staff. Connect staff data to a php file

I have a telephone help service for 10 law subject areas. 1. I have basic back end page with 4 data areas: i. staff name ii. staff subject area/s iii. staff times - staff can alter this iv. number of phone calls received so far this month number of phone calls received last month 2. Customer calls my staff. 3. Customer picks 1 of 10 law areas. 4. Phone system PHP file: a - gets all staff in subject area b - gets all staff available to work at that time c - randomly picks 1 member of staff d. outputs that staff member number. telephone connects e. outputs +1 to counter of how many calls taken this month 5. On 1st of each month, I receive email listing all staff members, and numbers calls each has received. STATE WORD CARPET IN BID SO I KNOW YOU READ ALL THIS 6. On 1st of each month, staff backend is updated saying how many calls received thanks
