Build an e-Commerce website

We are an international procurement company looking to build an e-commerce website similar to the one below: [login to view URL] We need the e-commerce site done with a similar design and usability as the one above, with an easy to use back office interface to allow us to perform bulk uploads from product files. Below are some of the requirements: 1)We are partners with several companies such as [login to view URL], and others, and we need their products on our website. We need the designers to come up with a way to suggest the best/quickest way to put their products on our site. If possible we would like the designers to mine/extract the item details (descriptions and image, without pricing) and use them for our e-commerce site. I will provide the details of at least three sites we need this done for. 2)We have several price lists of materials from our manufacturing partners, and we want to put these items on our database so people can find our site when they look for these items on google. 3)We have a history of items we have sold and we want to put these items on the database so people can find them when they search online for the item. 4)Once clients have browsed the website we want them to be able to create a basket of items and press a button to "Get a Quote". No purchasing will actually be done online. We just want clients to see items we are able to provide, but all sales will be done outside the actual website. We are a small business and do not have a large budget, so we want to work with a team of designers who can help us get this off the ground. Once project is done we have more flyers, brochrues, etc which we need done as well.
