Build HTML emails

Drop Tank is a company that specializes in fuel technology, working with oil brands. We manage a gas station new loyalty program called MakeItCount. We have an active member database and recently upgraded our email system. We are ready to start sending out new, more automated emails. We have conceptual designs , but need help creating HTML versions for these emails. The ideal candidate we are looking for can: 1) Receive designed emails (built in Illustrator, but can export as PSD or other formats) and build out in HTML. 2) Offer any design advice and/or best practices on how to improve for emails for HTML (we are new to this, so always open to learn and improve). 3) Provide HTML code so we can copy/paste into our email system. We're familiar with DIV format, so prefer over Table format (but also open for best practices). We have several emails to build in HTML initially. Some emails have similar, but have different versions for our different loyalty partners. I've attached the initial batch of emails. We are still determining if we use an outside resource to build out future emails, so there may be future longer-term commitments.
