I am looking for a programer to build a program or API that can connect 2 or 3 Network companies to communicate with each other , for example MTN , and Vodafone , i want people to be able to choose which network to buy Data from , like if am using an MTN sim card i want to be able to have the option to buy a vodacom data on my phone which is using an MTN sim card , i don't know if this will be possible , but am open to any contributions/ discussions which can help bring this idea to a reality.
