I am looking for an experienced full stack web developer to develop a real estate site, essentially the website will be exactly like [login to view URL] with few modifications Functional objectives High Priority **************************** • The platform should have the capability for the user to look for a Rental Property • The platform should have the capability for the user to search for Buying Property • There should be an option for the user to search for Shared house • The different user groups should have the opportunity to look for commercial property o For commercial property, the user should have the option to search by Buy and Lease category • Travel group users should be able to find Holiday property. Like – hotel, resort, short-term unit • Users should be able to find information related to the new House building. Information like: Construction firm, interior design firm, architecture firm, house maintenance companies (plumbers, electrician) • For the house build option, clients should be able to create their company profile. ** Client/ Companies are here basically those Construction firms, interior design firms, etc. • While making any search, the platform should have options for the users to set up different filter options. Like the type of property, min & max bed, price range, etc. • The platform should have functionality for the users to create an account. • The platform should have functionality for the clients to create account • The system should allow users to save their interested ads. • The platform should have functionality for the clients to post their property ads • The platform should have functionality for the clients to upload a short video of the properties • The platform should have the capability for the client to upload their properties photos. • The client should be able to see their listing history. • The platform should have the functionality to interchange the language between English and Bangla. • The application to support in all kinds of mobile devices. Mobile phones, tablets. • The system should have functionality for the clients to make the payment online, without any human intervention. * I will provide requirement with screenshots for the right person N.B: User: those who browse the website to find the information Client: those who post the list and create a company profile.
