So the app should be open source because I create online stores and I want to build every website another app. Should work with Woocommerce API. Ok, preloader or loading screen at the beginning should be like the klarna app - exactly I want only change text and color. The shop should look unique not like the other 1000 apps on codecanyon!!! May like the zalando app. Important is also the speed and clean coding. I know it'll cost around 200€ it's is why I only offer payment in rate or pay per hourly.
