We are a wedding planning service in search of a new system for planning our weddings. . In essence we need something which is capable of:
Essential requirements:
- Ability to create customisable form(s)
- Forms must be able to be sent to clients and have an easy to use client interface
- Must function as a living document – i.e. can be saved and returned to
- Must be a way of being notified or identifying when an update to the form has been made
- Must be able to incorporate images and allow images to be uploaded to the form by client
- Must be able to link to and/or host pdfs
- Must be able to securely store forms and their results
- Must be easy and straight forward to use
- Results must be able to be modified by both client and admin
- Results are available to be exported onto a “run-sheet”, depicting all the choices etc. This must be able to be customised and visually appealing (not just a list) – we want to be able to export certain inputs (i.e. brides name) to certain points (e.g. {{point x}}) on the final run-sheet.
Beneficial requirements:
- Ideally these forms would be capable of expanding and collapsing depending on answers to previous questions (this is to help keep the form neat and visually appealing)
- Internal database where different forms can be sorted into different sections and/or saved under different “events”
- Ability to provide a history of how the form has been modified over time (so we can track changes)
- Something with ability to operate on and off line would be good (but not essential)
- If it could integrate with emails this would also be great (but not essential)
- If it could incorporate some sort of check-list or means of monitoring the booking of vendors (i.e. a table/spreadsheet/form attached to the “event” with each vendor’s name and whether they have been booked and/or confirmed)
- We ideally want a system that could also securely capture credit card details
- Able to function both on and offline

To be able to replicate this in a CMS program which is our own and/or more customisable to SR needs and which has greater security as well as potentially more integrations for other aspects of the event process would be ideal.
