I want to build a e-System where I can securely upload academic documents on the system that can be used by subscribers. This documents will not be available when searched on any search engine, but only exclusive to subscribers, who will be students and external subscribers. To develop a website which will allow site Admin to upload resource materials. Client wants users should be given access via restricted login and access code procedure. Site Admin will be able to manage the site from back [login to view URL] resource materials. We'll welcome the use of Microsoft technologies and other protected tools as well. More details will be provided when I get a suitable developer for this job.

Hi I have read your project details Im developer I will do this file Management system in .NET MVC in this app there will be 2 roles 1 will be Admin who can manage all users and second will be User/Student now admin can upload files to server and make them share to specific users or public . i will make a encrypted url that will be accessible only through url like if you share with 5 users each user get an email with encrypted link of that file ,users id will be encrypted in it which make sure that no one other can access that file ..... further more we have a public page if you want where all public files will be listed user can download it more discussion on chat its not a big deal for me
